• own the strategy, the budget and the results for B2B paid marketing across all segments and

• Background in marketing, growth or lead generation, or analytics, automation or AI engineering with
• Understanding of SEA and paid social on LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms: campaign structure
• AI builder: experience building or steering workflows and agents in n8n, Make, Clay, Claude
• Commercial judgement: comfortable reading attribution and incrementality or lift tests; turn sales
• Lead generation knowledge: how a lead travels from first click to Sales and a rental; strong in
• Ownership: take a problem, decide, move, and tell people what you did; know which decisions to
