Performance Marketing Assistant

📋 Description

• Coordinate and track campaign tasks in Monday and Jira, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
• Organise and distribute creative assets, ad copy and localised collateral to media platforms
• Support the development of creative and agency briefs by gathering relevant information, references
• Coordinate translation workflows and verify localised assets for international markets
• Manage purchase orders, invoices and monthly marketing spend trackers, supporting accurate
• Act as the administrative contact for media partners and agencies regarding purchase orders

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing coordinator, marketing assistant or similar role
• Hands-on experience uploading, editing and publishing content through a Content Management System
• Experience managing invoices, raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate budget or spend
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data entry, formatting and record
• Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in proofreading, quality assurance and
