📋 Description

  • Develop paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and enterprise channels
  • Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting end-to-end
  • Build testing roadmap across channels, audiences, and creative to reduce CAC and improve ROAS
  • Partner with design and content to build high-converting ad creative and landing pages
  • Set up tracking, attribution, and dashboards for visibility
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure paid pipeline is tracked and handed off

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS
  • Hands-on experience running and scaling campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and/or Meta
  • Strong analytical skills with attribution, tracking, and experimentation
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high urgency
  • Ability to write concise ad copy and collaborate with designers and landing page teams
  • Good taste and design sense; leverage AI tools to move 10x faster
