Performance Marketing Intern

📋 Description

• Support weekly and monthly performance reporting across paid media channels, including Google
• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR
• Assist with maintaining budget pacing trackers, performance dashboards, campaign calendars, and
• Research consumer, competitor, audience, creative, and promotional trends to help inform campaign
• Support creative testing by tracking results and documenting actionable learnings.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agency teams to organize campaign inputs, product

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university at the Junior, Senior, or Graduate level.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week during the internship program during normal working hours
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills, with proficiency in Excel or
• Interest in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer behavior, and data-driven decision making.
