• Comfortable with multiple measurement methods; decide when signals misalign.
• Designed and ran growth experiments (A/B tests, geo-lifts, holdouts).
• Think like an investment manager; maximize return on capital.
• Cross-functional collaboration; influence direction without formal authority.
