Performance Marketing Manager

📋 Description

Growth-focused role in Technical Account Management focusing on paid campaigns and AI workflows.

• Support campaign optimization across Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
• Troubleshoot campaigns and fix issues
• Collaborate with Account Management and Engineering on technical initiatives
• Explore and implement AI tools to streamline tasks
• Document AI-driven workflow improvements for scaling
• Follow weekly/monthly campaign management workflows and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in media buying and paid campaigns
• Proven track record in paid advertising results
• Interest or experience with AI in marketing workflows
• Bid management and campaign optimization experience
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
• GA4 experience and data visualization
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
• In-person/hybrid NYC office at least 3x per week
