🎯 Requirements

• Have 5+ years’ experience in paid media or performance marketing, with evidence of hands-on
• Bring strong Meta expertise at meaningful spend levels and are comfortable working directly in the
• Have an essential paid media portfolio showcasing campaigns you personally worked on, the work
• Have hands-on experience using the Google paid suite to generate demand and acquire customers, with
• Understand UK or Irish audiences and can adapt messaging to their commercial and cultural context.
