Performance Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop the paid-growth strategy across relevant channels such as Google, Meta, YouTube
• Translate business and growth goals into campaign calendars, media plans, audience strategies, test
• Build monthly/quarterly spend plans, allocate budgets across channels and campaigns, monitor
• Act as the day-to-day owner for performance marketing agencies, media partners and specialised
• Create ad concepts, copy, videos, statics, landing-page/app-store messaging and campaign assets
• Define audience segments, targeting strategies and remarketing approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5–9 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or digital
• Experience managing campaigns across major digital advertising platforms; mobile-app acquisition
• Demonstrated ability to manage agencies while being close enough to the numbers to independently
• Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, audience segmentation, media buying, conversion
• Comfort with campaign analytics, dashboards and attribution concepts, exposure to tools such as
• Experience in consumer-tech, fintech, financial-services, payments, lending, insurance, e-commerce
