Performance Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop the paid-growth strategy across relevant channels such as Google, Meta, YouTube.
• Build monthly/quarterly spend plans, allocate budgets across channels and campaigns, monitor
• Work with our teams and agencies to create ad concepts, copy, videos, statics, or
• Create a clear measurement framework for channel and campaign performance.
• Test channels, audiences, bids, creatives, offers, landing experiences and campaign formats
• Build weekly and monthly performance reporting for your team, including spend, acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in performance/growth marketing with hands-on ownership of digital
• Strong expertise in managing campaigns across major digital advertising platforms, including mobile
• Experience in agency management, campaign optimization, media buying, audience segmentation, and
• Proficiency in campaign analytics, attribution, and reporting, with exposure to tools such as GA4
• Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Zoho Automation, Eloqua) for lead
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
