Performance Marketing Manager (Meta & App Campaigns)

📋 Description

• The Performance Marketing Manager will own and optimize paid acquisition initiatives across mobile
• Manage the setup, execution, and optimization of Meta app install campaigns, including audience
• Support performance management across additional channels such as Google App Campaigns, Apple
• Monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement optimization strategies
• Manage tracking integrations across attribution and analytics platforms to ensure accurate
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking, event configuration, and campaign measurement

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns, especially Meta app install
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including audience strategy, creative
• Experience analyzing campaign data and using insights to improve CPI, ROAS, and overall marketing
• Familiarity with mobile attribution and analytics platforms such as AppsFlyer and Google Analytics
• Experience implementing and managing conversion tracking, events, and marketing measurement
• Knowledge of Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and Google Play Console Ads is preferred.
