  • Own paid acquisition end-to-end across mobile channels: Meta, Google App Campaigns, DSPs.
  • Own and mature the performance marketing function; build processes and reporting.
  • Manage and develop agency relationship; bring capabilities in-house.
  • Optimize full-funnel performance from impression to repayment; improve CAC and LTV.
  • Design and run rigorous experiments (A/B tests, incrementality).
  • Allocate and optimize budget dynamically based on performance and risk.

  • 5โ€“7 years in mobile performance marketing; ownership of campaigns.
  • Proven track record scaling app acquisition on Meta, Google App Campaigns, DSPs.
  • Optimization of downstream metrics: activation, conversion, revenue, LTV.
  • Familiar with mobile attribution tools AppsFlyer and SKAN challenges.
  • Strong analytics; connect marketing performance to CAC, LTV, payback; SQL capable.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; strong ownership in fast-scaling environment.
