• Recut creator content with a feel for the platform
• Design motion assets across performance and brand

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of motion design experience with a portfolio that shows real shipped work across Meta
• Strong fluency in After Effects or Cavalry
• Solid video editing in CapCut, Canva Video and/or Premiere Pro
• A real interest in social
• Comfort with a fast feedback loop
• Experience editing creator content into performance-tuned social work
