Continuous quality improvement through ongoing analysis of performance, financial, and demographic
Monitor database used to track placements and develop procedure manuals
Produce monthly reports analyzing placements versus contract requirements and retention milestones
Produce quarterly report of findings and maintain corrective action log
Provide guidance and leadership to managers and supervisors
Provide weekly performance reports to leadership team as assigned

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required and at least 3 years experience analyzing data and producing reports
Experience conducting trainings on policies and procedures
Demonstrated high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
