Personalization Product Lead

📋 Description

• Own Personalization's roadmap and strategy end-to-end — the recommendation and ranking systems that
• Build a deep understanding of retailer needs, discovery behaviors, and marketplace dynamics, and
• Partner directly with ML engineers on model and system tradeoffs and improvements.
• Co-create roadmaps with data science, engineering, and other product partners so algo work and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including senior IC or Staff-level ownership of a
• Direct experience shipping recommendation, ranking, or personalization systems.
• Strong business judgment, with a track record of making tough prioritization calls across multiple
• Experience splitting execution responsibility with partner teams on shared goals — defining who
• Prior people-management experience is a plus, but not required.
