Pharmacist - Part Time

📋 Description

• Partner with pharmacy leadership to meet daily goals and expectations
• Answer workflow and pharmacy questions
• Ensure smooth flow of orders within and between processes
• Guide staff pharmacists in best practices; drive process improvements
• Ensure regulatory and licensing compliance; uphold Mixlab values
• Support Pharmacy Manager, Department Leads, and PIC with plans
• Oversee compounded preparations; address waste and errors
• Perform final verifications on all compounds before packaging
• Provide SME guidance on compounding and workflow to internal teams
• Collaborate with quality team to guarantee QA processes
• Maintain NY state license and other licenses as needed
• Perform Care Pharmacist duties as needed
• Be willing to perform primary workflow duties as a pharmacist

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed NY pharmacist in good standing with State Boards
• Compounding experience preferred but not required
• Attention to detail with high accuracy and quality
• Collaborative, team-oriented, fast-paced startup environment
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
