Pharmacy Liaison

📋 Description

• Act as the single point of contact for a specialty pharmacy patient, assessing needs and providing
• Coordinate drug delivery
• Address new insurance and/or copay challenges
• Monitor for adherence
• Work across the care continuum with clinical and pharmacy team members including the clinical

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Required Licensure/Certification: Pharmacy Technician registered with the State of employment
• Required 2-5 years, preferred 5-8 years experience as a Pharmacy Technician, depending on experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
• Strong verbal and written communication
