Pharmacy Registration & Licensing Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end initial licensing and registration for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and
• Support employees with preparation and submission of license applications in compliance with each
• Coordinate fingerprinting, background checks, and other state-specific onboarding requirements
• Track state-specific protocols, such as pharmacy technician trainee-to-technician transitions, and
• Partner with the Training team to align licensing milestones with new hire onboarding timelines and
• Ensure proper documentation and posting of licenses where required by state law
