Pharmacy Technician Refill Calls

📋 Description

• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff
• Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly
• Answer and triage incoming pharmacy calls
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians
• Coordinate medication refills and complete accurate data entry
• Assist with claim adjudication and troubleshoot rejected claims

🎯 Requirements

• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB/ExCPT)
• 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
