🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of phlebotomy experience
• Oncology experience required
• BS/BA degree (preferred); High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Phlebotomy Certificate (as required by state regulations)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and patients
