Physical Therapist

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Assess mobility, ROM, strength, balance, and safety.
• Implement wound care with evidence-based dressings.
• Develop and adjust PT plans (manual therapy, gait, balance).
• Document care on a touch-pad tablet EMR; support care plan.
• Educate clients and families in rehab and safe, independent living.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Delaware Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program (or AMA accreditation) with transcript.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
