Physical Therapist

📋 Description

• Perform home visits in designated Atlantic County territories
• Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Assess mobility, strength, balance, gait, and safety risks
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve function
• Provide therapeutic exercises and gait/balance training
• Collaborate with nurses and clinicians as part of a multidisciplinary team

🎯 Requirements

• NJ Physical Therapist license
• Minimum one year of PT experience preferred, not required
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
