📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one PT visits for adults and geriatrics.
• Treat adults and seniors in senior living and home health settings.
• Assess mobility, strength, balance, gait, and function.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Educate clients and families on exercises, safety, and disease management.
• Document care in BAYADA EMR and coordinate with care team.

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Jersey PT license.
• Minimum 1 year PT experience.
• Graduate of an APTA-accredited PT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills.
• EMR experience preferred.
