Physical Therapist, Part Time, Home Health

📋 Description

• Visit clients in their homes to support recovery.
• Conduct mobility, gait, balance, and functional assessments.
• Implement wound care with evidence-based dressings.
• Develop and adjust PT care plans, incl. manual therapy.
• Educate clients and families on rehab activities and safety.
• Document care and interventions using a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current PT license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience welcomed but not required; training provided.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.
