Physical Therapist (PT)

📋 Description

• Visit clients in their homes in Joplin, MO and surrounding area.
• Provide 1:1 direct care in client homes.
• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized PT plans and therapies.
• Continually assess and revise the PT care plan with nursing.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care.

🎯 Requirements

• Active PT license in good standing.
• One year of clinical PT experience preferred.
• Home health experience welcomed, but not required; training provided.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.
• Full-time availability.
