Physical Therapist (PT)

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements: mobility, ROM, balance, strength, safety.
• Implement wound care to prevent wounds and promote repair with evidence-based dressings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans: manual therapy, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
• Continually assess and revise the PT care plan with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care and activities to promote safety and independence.

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ PT license.
• Minimum 1 year PT experience.
• Graduation from an APTA-accredited program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
