• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

🎯 Requirements

• A current DE Physical Therapist - PT license.
• Minimum one year of PT experience.
• Graduation from an APTA-accredited program or AMA-accreditation; documented by transcript/diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
