📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility, range of joints, transfer status
• Implement integumentary protective interventions to prevent wounds and promote repair with

🎯 Requirements

• A current OH Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of recent PT experience.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program or AMA-affiliated program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
