Physical Therapist - Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform mobility/ROM tests, strength, balance, and safety checks.
• Implement wound care with dressings and evidence-based care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, with manual therapy and gait training.
• Continually assess and revise PT care plans with nursing.
• Educate clients and families in rehabilitation and safety.

🎯 Requirements

• A current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an APTA-approved program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
