Provide treatment, tests, client education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical
Assist adults and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Monmouth and Middlesex
Implement individualized care plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and
Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health, safety, and independence.
Document observations and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Two-year college program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, OR
Two years of PTA experience and proficiency exam.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
