📋 Description

Provide PTA services in home health on a per-visit basis
Assist clients to attain or maintain physical well-being
Deliver treatment, tests, and education as delegated by a licensed PT
Service area includes Londonderry to Hampton, NH

🎯 Requirements

Current NH licensure or certification
Graduate of a two-year APTA-approved PTA program
At least one year PTA experience and proficiency exam as applicable
Minimum one year of work under supervision of a PT
Other activities as requested
