Physical Therapy Assistant, Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide home health PTA visits per patient plan (PRN/part-time)
• Deliver treatments, tests, education, and interventions under a licensed Physical Therapist
• Care for adult and geriatric patients on a per-visit basis in Colonial Heights, VA
• Work under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Performs other activities as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Current VA licensure or certification required
• Graduated from a 2-year APTA-approved program
• One year PTA experience with USPHS proficiency exam before 12/31/1977
• At least one year of work experience under supervision of a PT
• Other activities as requested
