📋 Description

• Provide treatment, tests, education and interventions per licensed PT.
• Serve adult and geriatric patients during home health visits.
• Per diem home health visits in Montgomery County, MD.
• Must be open to traveling within the Bethesda area.
• Must have home health experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Current MD licensure or certification.
• Two-year PTA program approved by APTA.
• At least 1 year PTA experience with a proficiency exam.
• At least 1 year supervised by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Other duties as requested.
