Perform home health visits in Montgomery County and Frederick County, MD.
Maintain MD licensure and graduate from a 2-year APTA-approved program.
At least 1 year PTA experience and proficiency exam if required before 12/31/1977.
Work under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist; other duties as requested.
