Implement individualized care plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance.
Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care for safety and independence.
Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch-pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Hawaii.
Two years PTA experience and proficiency exam.
Graduate from a 2-year APTA-approved PTA program.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
