Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA - Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide PTA home health visits for adults and geriatric patients.
• Deliver treatment, tests, and education per licensed PT.
• Serve Caswell, Person, and Orange counties in patient homes.
• Adhere to BAYADA care and infection-control protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• North Carolina licensure or certification.
• Graduate from a 2-year APTA-approved PTA program.
• At least 1 year PTA experience with proficiency exam (pre-1977 qualifier).
• Minimum 1 year of supervised PTA work with a PT.
• Willing to perform other duties as requested.
