Collaborate with a licensed Physical Therapist on the care plan.
Follow BAYADA PPE and infection-control protocols.

🎯 Requirements

Current licensure or certification in North Carolina.
Two-year degree from an APTA-approved program.
Two years PTA experience; proficiency exam if initial qualification before 1977.
At least 1 year supervised by a Physical Therapist.
Other activities as requested.
