Perform home health visits for the Fayetteville office.
Serve adult and geriatric patients in Harnett County, per visit.
Provide treatment, tests, education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed PT.
Work on a per-visit basis.

🎯 Requirements

Current licensure or certification in North Carolina.
Graduate from a two-year program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Two years PTA experience and proficiency exam if initial qualification before 12/31/1977.
At least one year of work experience under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
Other activities, as requested.
