Physical Therapy Assistant, (PTA) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide home health PTA visits per plan of care.
• Deliver treatment, tests, education, and PT-directed interventions.
• Per-visit work for adult and geriatric patients.
• Based at Scotland County Visits office; serve Moore County.
• Collaborate with a licensed PT to improve patient outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure in North Carolina.
• Two-year PTA program approved by APTA (transcript/diploma).
• Two years PTA experience and proficiency exam before 1977 initial qualification.
• At least one year under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Other activities as requested.
