Physical Therapy Assistant, (PTA) - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Provide home health PT services to adult and geriatric patients per visit.
• Perform treatments, tests, and interventions per PT orders.
• Serve patients in Franklin, Nash, and Vance counties.
• Collaborate with supervising PT to plan and monitor progress.
• Maintain North Carolina licensure and BAYADA policies.
• Deliver compassionate home health care in a patient-centered setting.

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina PTA license/certification.
• Two-year PTA program approved by APTA.
• At least 1 year PTA experience; proficiency exam if pre-1977.
• At least 1 year of work under supervision of a PT.
• Willing to travel within Franklin, Nash, and Vance counties.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
