Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Provide physical therapy services to home health patients under PT supervision.
• Perform treatments, tests, and patient education during visits.
• Develop interventions to help patients attain/maintain physical well-being.
• Serve adult and geriatric patients in the Northfield area on a per-visit basis.

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure/certification in OH
• Two-year APTA-approved PTA program graduate
• At least 1 year PTA experience and proficiency exam
• At least 1 year supervision by a Physical Therapist
• Additional activities as requested
