📋 Description

• Provide home health physical therapy treatment and interventions.
• Deliver tests and client education per the plan of care.
• Work under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist clients to attain or maintain optimal physical well‑being.
• Deliver interventions as delegated per plan of care.

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in MA.
• Graduate from a 2-year APTA-approved PTA program.
• One year PTA experience and proficiency exam (pre-1977).
• At least one year supervised by a PT.
• Other activities as requested.
