Conduct PTA services during home health visits for adult and geriatric patients
Provide treatment, tests, client education, and interventions under licensed PT
Work in senior living communities across Staunton, Harrisonburg, Charlottesville, VA
Document patient progress and communicate with supervising Physical Therapist
Maintain Virginia PTA licensure and comply with state regulations

🎯 Requirements

Current Virginia PTA licensure
Graduate of a 2-year APTA-approved PTA program
1+ year PTA experience
Proficiency exam (USPHS) if initial qualification before 12/31/1977
At least 1 year under supervision of a PT
