📋 Description

Provide home health visits as a PTA per diem
Assist clients to improve or maintain physical well-being
Implement treatment plans as delegated by a licensed PT
Serve adult and geriatric patients in Chesapeake, VA area
Per diem schedule with field/home visits

🎯 Requirements

Current licensure in Virginia
Graduate from an APTA-approved two-year PTA program
At least one year PTA experience and proficiency exam (pre-1977)
At least one year of work under supervision of a PT
Other activities as requested
