Physical Therapy Assistant, Visits

📋 Description

• Be partnered with an experienced and supportive home health Physical Therapist
• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical wellbeing by providing treatment
• Implement appropriate individualized care plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait training
• Educate and instruct clients, family members, and other client representatives, in rehabilitative
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care

🎯 Requirements

• Have graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy
• Have two years of appropriate experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant and a satisfactory grade
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
