• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance operations, client service, or a

• Strong customer service, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and maintain attention to detail
