📋 Description

• Serve as the senior accounting leader for the manufacturing site, owning the accuracy and integrity
• Lead plant accounting and close activities across manufacturing costs, inventory, fixed assets
• Own manufacturing and cost accounting, including standard costs, labor and overhead, work in

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 10+ years of progressive
• Proven experience in plant controllership, site accounting, or manufacturing accounting leadership
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, inventory accounting, standard costing, manufacturing variances
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and plant
• Experience building or strengthening accounting processes, internal controls, and financial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate financial results at
