Plant Logistics Lead

📋 Description

• Coordinate, regulate and monitor all aspects of warehouse management and distribution/transport
• Act as a contract manager and be the face of O-I with our 3PL's
• Accountable for receiving, documenting and temporary warehousing of packaging components, storage
• Ensure strict adherence to O-I's Health and Safety policy, on site quality standards and SOP's
• Monitoring the service of the 3PL in line with the contract KPI
• Support a 24/7/365 operation with a team of over 50, managing the service of the 3PL in line with

• Logistics studies or comparable professional qualification
• Strong people management, coaching and communication skills
• Proven leadership and team building skills
• Confidence influencing and negotiating across multiple functions
• Ability to thrive under pressure, managing complex operational scenarios while focusing on quality
• Commitment to building a culture of continuous improvement
