Plant Manager (LA)

📋 Description

• Lead safe, high-performing plant operations that consistently achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery
• Oversee daily production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse operations to meet customer demand
• Develop leaders and build organizational capability through coaching, accountability, employee
• Improve productivity, quality, capacity, and efficiency through Lean principles, data-driven
• Own plant performance and financial results, identifying opportunities to improve service
• Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to ensure operational readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 5–7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with responsibility for safety
• Proven success leading and developing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, inventory
• Demonstrated success managing performance through SQDC metrics
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving

🎁 Benefits

• $165,000 - $175,000 per year base salary
• An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
