Platform Designer

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for desktop web apps.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and ops to solve product challenges.
• Advocate for user voice as founding designer of the unit.
• Prioritize and execute work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company-wide design system and interaction patterns.
• Take ownership to identify product gaps and rally support for solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading end-to-end B2B and enterprise web apps.
• Extremely high proficiency in Figma; fast execution required.
• Experience designing dashboards, data visualization, editors, and forms.
• Understanding of front-end development processes for web interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including customer-facing meetings.
• Portfolio of product design projects showing diverse skills.
