Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and scale ingestion, storage, and search infra for 10k+ gov data sources.
• Ship codebase to three security environments: Cloudflare Workers, AWS GovCloud, IL5.
• Build compliance: automated CVE remediation across many images to zero in two weeks.
• Create infra where AI agents are first-class users with automated remediation loops.
• Collaborate with deployment team to integrate customer data and support thousands of users.
• Tech stack: TypeScript, SvelteKit, Cloudflare Workers, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in backend, platform, or infra engineering.
• Experience building platform or data infra others depend on.
• Data modeling, PostgreSQL internals, Kubernetes in production, TS or Python services.
• Led a system through real scale: migrations, cost cliffs, throughput walls.
• Security-first mindset for sensitive environments; built and learned from infra.
• Nice to have: FedRAMP/IL/HIPAA or regulated environments; open-source infra.
